Hi First off... Thank you for visiting my site.  Now I'm sure you would like to know a little bit about me and my duties as your Real Estate Agent.

Donna Backmeyer has been in real Estate full time since 2000. Born and raised in Richmond IN,  So yes I do know the area. I have 2 grown children and grand children were does the time go, also have a dog named Areal 🙂

My job is to make your life easy. Whether you are selling your home to buy something smaller or bigger or moving away. I'm here to help to make your move as easy as possible. There is allot to selling your home that is why We will sit down  and we will go over your goals and time frames  and than go over the process step by step. Trust me their are allot of steps, And I'm sure you are wanting top dollar for your home and still a fast sell right? That's what we do, It's a team effort .

And when you are buying your new home. Again we will go over your needs and time frames than we will talk about process the process of buying. Then we go to the next step, which is... How you are going to buy? Cash? Need a loan?  And if you do then what type of loan? FHA? res 20% down? or First time home buyer? We can help get you all set up with a loan officer also.  After we have all your ducks in a row and you are comfortable with the process.  And we have that pre-approval letter then we can start looking for your home sweet home.
